Self Exclusion
Introductory
In this section, more information can be found on the Code of Conduct Responsible Gaming 2024 (“CCRG 2024”), Self-Exclusion and the prevention of Gambling Addiction CRG determines general policies that matter to End Users the most.
The policies are transparent and therefore made public and these policies should be in line with CCRG 2022. The Operator as the one dealing with End Users directly, shall be responsible for the proper execution of the said policies. OECD Standards and Principles of Corporate Governance CRG and its operators have pledged to comply with OECD Standards as well as the Principles of Corporate Governance. For more information, we kindly refer you to article 2 of the General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) between CRG and the Operator. CRG 2024, The Operator shall commit to having adequate measures in place to comply with CRG 2024.
The CRG 2024 apply to all stakeholders within the gaming industry. Following the CRG 2024, Costa Rica Gaming (“CRG”) has pledged to register and investigate any unusual behaviour with reference to the CRG 2022 and take mandatory and optional measures with reference to articles 4 and 5 of the CCRG 2024 to mitigate any risks pertaining to stakeholders. Self-Exclusion and the prevention of Gambling Addiction Players with CRG licensed operators have the right to voluntarily exclude or Self-Exclude. For more information, we kindly refer you to article 3 of the General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) between CRG and the Operator.
